1. Scope

This policy applies to subscriptions for Cynet products that you buy on black-soc.com from Secure Mining Inc. d/b/a BlackSOC, 444 Brickell Ave, Suite 700, Miami, FL 33131, United States. BlackSOC is a Cynet partner and reseller. The products are digital subscriptions delivered electronically.

2. No returns

Because our products are digital licenses, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for licenses that have been delivered or activated, or for part of a subscription term that has not been used.

3. When we refund or credit

We will refund or credit you in these cases:

• We cannot deliver the licenses within a reasonable time after payment.
• You were charged incorrectly, for example a duplicate charge or a price error.
• Cynet or we cancel your subscription for reasons you did not cause, for the unused part of the term.
• A refund is required by law.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us through our contact page and include your order number and the email address you used for the order.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card or PayPal). Depending on your bank or payment processor, this usually takes 5 to 10 business days. Taxes we collected are refunded together with the price.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

7. Changes

The version of this policy in force when you place your order applies to that order.
